Neutratones All in One Anti -Aging Treatment and the Ultra Anti-Aging Complex 5 in 1 are meant to be applied to face, neck and near the eye area. These two products are highly concentrated and can possibly be too strong for someone with sensitive skin. I would test a small amount near the eye area and increase amount as you feel comfortable.
