To return your products, you must have an RMA#. To get an RMA# please call 866.932.4036 and speak with a representative. Once you have an RMA#, please place the merchandise in a box and send it to us. Please make sure to include your name, shipping address and RMA#. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
